Alright so here's my issue:

 

I can't use Rock Smash on Love Island.

I have 7 badges in Kanto.

I have a membership.

I have access to Love Island.

I can use Rock Smash outside of love Island.

My pokemon who uses Rock Smash is at full happiness.

When I try to use it on the Love Island chrystals, it tells me I dont seem to have the require badge to use Rock Smash.

 

I tried leaving and coming back. I also tried relogging and the problem persist.

 

I've asked around (even community manager ingame who led me here) and no ones seems to think that it is normal.

Here's some screenshots.

-First showing my pokemon, his happiness and the message I get when trying to smash rock on Love Island

-Second showing that I have 7 badges

-Third one showing the same pokemon using Rock Smash outside of Love Island.
