Please delete my account to customize my character, because I did not have to go like going to choose. It was bugged

Arkacion asked for my help in this matter but I was unable to assist him (GMs can't delete accounts). The issue he had is that he accidentally skipped character customization. I told him the fastest way would be to make a new account (since he only has 25 mins of gameplay) but he wanted to keep his name. I would suggest deleting his account so that he can make a new one with the same name if possible. Also it might be helpful to include a confirmation stage after char customization to avoid this in the future.

I'm affraid your account cannot be deleted/resetted for that reason. The game has various customization options via appearance items (altho they do not effect your player base customization) As @Enki has mentioned, your only option is to create a new account.

As a future referance, character customization bug is known and being looked into, if you encounter this bug you get to re-chose your appearance by relogging while still in your customization page.
