How do i evolve tyrogue to hitmonlee?

My tyrogue stat now is attack > def = 40 > 34

 

But why my tyrogue still evolve to hitmontop when it lvl up , i thought when attack > defense , it will evolve into hitmonlee???????

Cause it just can evolve into hitmontop, other evos arent implemented.
