I was wondering, if I choose a different server in stead of the current one I use (Yellow),

Will my gameinfo and pokemons be there too?

 

So question is: is your gameinfo and pokemons server bound or account bound?

Per server have different save. Simple you can see it as save slot 1, 2, 3. So not any bound into it and no intereaction between servers. Hope it can help you.
