you can just drag and drp the pokemon from your team to the chat. it will get linked so other people can see its stats, lvl and stuff. you could just set an instant price or let other people offer for them. if you found a seller, just meet with him and right click to open the trade window.

Examples of Pokemon you can sell that are pretty popular : Ghastly / Magikarp or Gyarados or take a look at trade chat and see what gets traded often.

 

Also if you can afford it, I'd really recommend getting Membership, the 2x money is worth it alone.
