Unfortunately no. Last time I checked ingame it didn't and it's still in the not-coded list, so I don't think it's been fixed.

what about the top tier guys then ? i see someone still keeping use him. he should be useless on pvp then , no ?

I have yet to see one used in pvp. At least in my experience. I think people just buy/sell them in preparation for whenever Defiant does get coded. :Cool:

He's still a strong Sword Dancer that has good STAB moves like Knockoff, Iron Head and Sucker Punch that's a priority move too. Dunno how often he's used in PvP though.
