Hi there, Timtam15. Unfortunately, we can't give an ETA on when these evolutions will be coded into the game. Please rest assured that we are indeed aware of the things that still need to be coded, but there isn't an exact timeframe on when they'll be implemented properly. Make sure to keep an eye on our update logs, as that's where news about updated evolutions/moves/etc will be posted.

These Pokemon will 100% eventually be coded right though?

there are a lot more evolution not coded in yet wanted to evolve woobat, but im pretty sure they are working on coding everything in eventually!

I know it sounds corny but it's not an easy task, they only have 1 coder rn so i hope a worty person can apply and help the staff with the coding stuff
