Daihucovei Posted August 13, 2016 Share Posted August 13, 2016 If I catch a pokemon in Johto and trade it in kanto (or vice versa), and the person that gets the pokemon doesn't have the 8th badge yet, will he be able to use the pokemon or it'll be locked until he gets the 8th badge?
