Politechnik Posted August 14, 2016 Share Posted August 14, 2016 So I have beaten E4 Hoenn, beaten Rayquazza, done quest to unlock the teleport between cities (the one with Wattson) and the guard in Mossdeep City Space Center 1F still blocks the way in. You need to talk to Professor Birch before you can go back to the moon.
