You may want to read over the Terms and Conditions Here. Also, there is a detailed list of the rules found Here. I'm not entirely sure about recording videos and putting them on youtube, I'm no lawyer. However I came across this game from a stream on twitch. I also saw quite a few "Let's Play" videos showcasing PRO that were as recent as 2 days ago on youtube. Soo I'm not sure. But just in case, wait and see if staff posts here to explicitly say you can or can not.
