Hi there. The "User already logged in" message can happen due to a server-side glitch - essentially, the game continues to register your account session as active even after you've already logged out. Don't worry, nobody else is on your account. :)

 

Unfortunately, though, the only solution for this is to wait for a server reboot. We can't give you an ETA on when the next reboot will be, since they don't really follow a set schedule, but you can monitor the status of the server you play on using this server status checker. If you notice that the server you play on is marked as "Offline," or has only been online for a short amount of time, that's usually a good indicator that a reboot is imminent or has already recently happened.
