I went to the Lavridge Town Pokemart to teach Greninja Dark Pulse. The NPC stated that Greninja cannot learn Dark Pulse. I do not know whether if it's intentional or a bug.

At the moment, Greninja can't learn Dark Pulse. However, make sure to stay posted - the Dark Pulse TM may be implemented sometime down the road, at which point your Greninja should be able to learn the move. :) Keep an eye on our update logs, as well as the TMs & Move Tutors guide, for more news.
