why my dragon fang lost after the restart of the server? it was dug in the mt moon together with rock incense.

 

does it means system can delete whatever it like from players?

i feel sad already from the random shut down or restart of the server

why even deleting players item?

i wonder if that item shouldn't be got there (dig from the mt moon), it is just the team forgot to do changes to the original portable game?

and the solution is just delete my item quietly? it is really annoying if it is so.

Maybe now the server should be shut down to debug before continuing?

 

This game already requires luck very much, and the team is trying to make the game even harder? spending more time for luck?

nobody took the item from you with any intention. it's just that the server did a small rollback after it crashed and got restarted. so it's like you never found the item. i know how annoying this can be, but the game is still in beta and you have to know that things can go wrong.

the game just crashed..all i know all game online include BETA ones..also like that..

Probably lost due to a rollback, in that case. Cannot be refunded. You can find them on wild pokemons tho.
