U can get him in daycare-center by old lady.

If u experienced enough with curing baby-pokes, sometimes its available there for u to cure and to catch after.

You can also get Pancham as reward from boss Koichi in Saffron. GL !

speaking of which, i know this is not what the tread is about, but maybe i could take this opportunity to inform or remind gms that pancham can't evolve in pangoro yet. :Frown:

I'm not sure it requires that much of work to fix it so i hope it'll be possible to evolve it soon !
