In order to access it though you need Dragon club membership (which costs 200k in Blackthorn) , 240 Pokemon caught and beat Boss Lance in Dragon's Den basement. Silver. There are high Level 50 Pokemon there and a Pokemon Center right outside the main cave. Topic moved to proper forum.
