Hi there. By chance, are you getting an error message that reads something like "The game has crashed, please send your logs to the developer"? If so, other users who have encountered similar crashes have reported that following this guide fixed the issue for them. Try it and let me know how it works.

Yup, so I'd recommend trying out the first crash guide I linked, with the DirectX solution. :) Were you able to get your game running smoothly again?
