Could you contact a GM or coordinator to bring some light to this topic? There's no related answer for this topic in the whole forum except a video guide that doesn't say much...

Unfortunately, I believe the Spirit Stones have been removed from the database for bug testing purposes. However, once they've been added back in, you should be able to obtain your Spirit Stone. We don't have an ETA on when this will be done, but it shouldn't affect your Celebi questline progress in the meantime.
