Red Posted August 19, 2016 Share Posted August 19, 2016 North of Rustboro. Surf left all the way north. You will find an NPC with nosepass , pass it then head down till you find many rocksmash places and abandoned makuhita. Smash the rocks and the one rock down on the right will put you on meteor falls lower levels. As long as there are those that remember what was, there will always be those that are unable to accept what can be.
