I registered my email under a UC campus email and never received the activation code. Tried again under a yahoo email. However, now I cannot register with the desired username that I just made. Any way that I can get my account xVectrax changed to xVectra? or at the very least can recover the old account?

Oh also on a side note, I tried to reregister and that did not work as the username was already in use, and when I tried to do the "forgot my password" option, that did not work either. I tried this again with the same email and a different account and got the same results. The only resolve occured when I activated with a different email and then switched emails through the change email option.

Hi there. Unfortunately, as our FAQ states:

Can I change my username?

 

We will not do any username changes per request or if you are banned because of your username in question. As the registration page states, please think carefully when selecting an username!

However, usernames that haven't been activated via email will be automatically deleted from the database after seven days. That means you can try recreating the xVectra account again with a Gmail/Yahoo email after the seven days are up. Hope that clears things up!

Try registering xVectra again.
