Sevault Canyon is a part of the Sevii Islands, which you can only access while having active membership and Kanto League Champion status.

 

The map itself is located on Seven Island - you'll need to follow the dock south into the Canyon Entrance area, then wrap around the map until you've reached the bottom right. Sevault Canyon should be the next route after that.
