You need fourth badge to be able to trade. After that, right click a player and hit trade to do so.

You must be inside a pokecenter. I'd ask a friend to help you. Or a trusted member. Click on the player> click on the trade option> have the player accept> and trade the poke to them> then back to you.

You need trade inside PC and in the same PC with players who you trade. If you want I can help you trade evo, or ask any staff in game for trade. Which server you play, quote this topic when you in game.
