Is it possible to get to Meteor Falls B1F 2 in Hoeen? I can't seem to find any answerson this. If it's possible how do you get there?

Yes, their is some rocksmash rocks north west of the south entrance on route 115, you will have to use surf to get there. the entrance is hidden under one of the rocks you can smash. I found it by accident.

248462 Is it possible to get to Meteor Falls B1F 2 in Hoeen? I can't seem to find any answerson this. If it's possible how do you get there?

North of Rustboro. Surf left all the way north. You will find an NPC with nosepass , pass it then head down till you find many rocksmash places and abandoned makuhita. Smash the rocks and the one rock down on the right will put you on meteor falls lower levels.
