I got mine after ~50 oddish. catched mine at route 119. But afterwards my sync failed so i got a crappy pawniard.

Congratulations but yeah I also disagree with the safari part. It's a scam to go in there for Pokemon available outside of it.

Afai remember u show the oddish, then u go back to steel valley and u can catch your pawniard.
