Arena Trap is not coded yet. You can refer here to a list of bugged or uncoded abilities/moves/etc.

There is no ETA on when new abilities and moves will be implemented within the game. The goal is to have all of them in the game eventually, but we can't give you an exact timeframe on when that will be done, since it's by no means a small or simple task. Make sure to keep an eye on our update logs for news on abilities/moves/etc that have been added into the game.
