After I evolve them will they be enough for the johto e4? And what's a good moveset for Typhlosion? Thank you!

Hello Demas,

 

After you get your 8th badge you're allowed to retrieve your pokémons off the PC. So if you have strong ones you used for Kanto E4, you can use those. For Magikarp, adamant or jolly would be the wisest. Typhlosion should have all the best physical attacks you can manage to put on him at that point. (Brave=physical)

Yes that'd be good. With gyarados and your gengar will be amazing again like in the Kanto E4. I believe this is a good team for the Johto elite 4. Good luck :)

If they are decent and that Gengar is quite quick on the draw, then most likely yes.
