Hi there. Have you already made sure to read through this guide on common email issues?

As the guide suggests, keep trying to click the activation link, as it can take time to go through properly. If you're still receiving the same message after a few hours, try seeing if you can still log into the game anyway - sometimes you'll get the "could not be activated" message from the link even after your account has actually been activated within the database already.
