I've been out of PRO for 4 months, and i just reestarded today... and the day i get back , the client and the server have the same issues that made me quit.

Well... I dld the newest client here on forum (the karp client), unfolded with winrar , and executed the client.

When i'm in the log-in screen, everything is fine, but when i move my mouse around ... my client crashes and i cant do anything .......

What can i do?

Are you sure you fully deleted all files of the previous version? I've heard sometimes that can cause issue.
