More Pokemon spawn rates

I think there should be some items, which improves spawn rates of the Pokémon, like the incense or lures in Pokemon Go

 

They would cost:

 

1000 for 100 steps

 

2000 for 150 steps

 

3000 for 300 steps

well they should only increase spawn rates of region specific pokemon.. Like less Kanto and Johto pokemon in Hoeen .. less Kanto poke in Johto .. ^^

it simply feels like im in Kanto when i'm in Hoeen :)

And also PRO will not make any item for improves/impact spawn rates. The main reason why some ability not working outside as statics. Locked as denied.
