I was playing in yellow server one day. I had to battle Giovanni’s gym, when I entered the gym, my character got automatically stuck, I can’t move anywhere. I’ve tried a lot of bug fixing solutions (Alt+tab, no rope, closing game, logging off, etc.) but nothing. I’m reaching out to the forum in order to see if there could be a game staff willing to help me in my current problem.

If you have any escape ropes i would suggest trying to see if that works, this has happened to a few people including myself.

He said he don't have any rope.

 

I would suggest you to ask for a GM in the channel "Help" to resolve your issue, i think one of them could teleport you to the Poke Center
