Hi I write this topic because I have a problem.

 

I have defeated the johto's Elite 4 and I'm now at the Mt.Silver.

 

But there are rocket grunts in there and I have lost vs 1 so now I can't continue because he tells me i'm a looser you can't pass.

 

Pls tell me if I missed something or if I need to do something.

Hi there, you will need cooldown before can beat him again, the cooldown is around 4 or 8 hours in real time. Try to change map before you talk with him again also.
