and we can now obtain HM-07 Waterfall in Original Cave B3F

Ah, so it seems I went to the Cave Of Origin too early then. Last time I checked it the Waterfall HM wasn't there so I assume the NPC wasn't coded in. Good to know it's still in one of the official locations though!
