The live chat, and client are the only places currently to get any info on the current issues. People flood the live chat asking the same questions over and over, and the client has an update about blue server. But the facebook says nothing, or the twitter, or the forum either. We really need something so we can just check it ourselves rather than just wondering and going by what we hear on live chat, because the people there ill bet get tired of answering that question.

 

Its not asking much, just throw a thread on anouncments that says "servers currently having issues, any progress on fixes will be updated here" and there will no longer be 1000 people in help channel and live chat spamming the same questions. I hope you guys consider doing this. I have only been playing for about a month, but when the game has issues that last, there is no information readily available anywhere on what is going on, and if there is an eta or anything. People would rather have bad news, than no news.

With live chat, you mean ingame? I check this forum to see what problems are happening, not much gets posted though.

The first one of those has been a sticky thread for a long time. And I did not think to check it, and looking at it, it has the exact same picture of the information given in the client. Which was a part of my original post. It says nothing about issues with yellow or red servers atm. A stickied up to date thread about server issues "if there are any" would keep people from flooding the in game chat, and irc with constant questions. Just one stickied thread that has a few words about if there is an issue, and that you guys know about it and are working to fix it, and when it is fixed.

Just one thread about issues if there are any, that is specifically and only for server issues when they are noticed that people who cant connect or dc can check instead of asking in the irc chat, threads, and wherever else info can be found.
