After using the search-function in the forum (and looking some videos on YouTube), I've still some questions, where I haven't found any answer(s).

All my questions center on the region "Johto". (In case of importance: Kanto & Johto E4 finished)

 

1. (Goldenrod-City) - Pokeball

How can I get this ...

..., but they aren't really helpful and after some hours of "ingame-searching" I don't have found a way.

 

 

2. (Goldenrod-City) - Radio Station (Floor 1)

Unfortunately, I can't enter the second floor of the Radio Station. The guard say always to me ...

What I've to do, that he let me go upstairs? (I've already talked with the NPC 'Michael' and after defeating the E4, I did it again, but no reaction.)

 

 

3. (Goldenrod-City) - Lottery

I've seen in some videos on YouTube, that there's a lottery in the Radio Station from Goldenrod City. My problem is, that the man always said https://prntscr.com/cbbn2m

What I've to do, that I can participate in the lottery?

 

 

4. (Ruins of Alpha) - Unown

There is anything for what I (could) need all the different kinds of 'Unown' or do I only need one of them for the entry in the Pokedex?

 

 

And yet a spontaneous question: I've enter all the Ruins (of Alpha), except the ones in the right up corner. (I mean the ruins above the ruin with the Item Maniac inside - I can deliver a picture, if necessary.) - How can I enter this last one ruin? I didn't find a way. :confused:

4 there is only one unown i havent seen other form, and there is also no acces to one of the rooms in ruins of alph. for one you need to go through union cave and you get at the patch of grass(with smeargles)

Like the above user has said the Goldenrod one isn't implemented yet but I believe the department store in Lilycove has a working lottery station.

oh i thought they deleted all loterys, dont know if the one in lilycove works but I dont think it does.
