Make sure you log in the right account, we have many cases people log in the wrong account. Also check the right server you log in too.

It is the only account I have also seen that my account was created in October 2015

Hello Seba3444,

accounts that didn't log in before march 10 (and were inactive on a certain time period) got deleted. So when was the last time you logged into your account?

 

Edit: I just checked your account, you also have another account you may to try log in that one.
