Is possible to use in the teleport system only the next pokemons :

 

~in region kanto only abras

 

~in region johto only natus

 

~in region hoenn only ralts

 

This pokemons are native in each regions, and can learn the move teleport.

And in each region to add a npc who is the person that trained this pokemons by use in the teleport system.

3. Who cares if the pokemon arent native to the region or uniform, and if there's a npc who controls them. Seriously, why waste the time to change every pokemon and script a npc when it's completely fine as it is.
