Hi i guys i dont know what modification you did but i notice that Will-o-wisp fail most of the time . in one ranked battle today i missed will-o-wisp 9 times o a row while i was stuck against a gothitelle....

i know its has 85% i was playing will-wisp for 1 year now here . but i notice the chance of buring changed a lot in the last update i was just wondering why and its not 1 or 2 fights i'm talking about almost every fight
