Hi, I need some help because, I couldn't find answers on my own.

 

1) Is there Energy Ball in a game ? Where is TM Energy Ball or tutor with this move ? I found some information about not being implemented and some that TM is obtainable in some PokeMart. If so, where can I find/learn one ? I heard rumors about energy ball added to the game with wrong name.

 

2) How to enter this building ?

When I try to enter there is a message: "I can hear strange noises coming from here. Better walk away..."

And "it" kikcs me away :(

Yes, you need beat E4 Kanto and Johto before can go in Hall of Fame (the big house in bottom at lavender town).
