Woobat requires max happiness and still doesnt evolve into a swoobat. i think you guys are updating this issues like hapinny holding oval stone= chansey (also doesnt work). And i think you guys are also upgrading the relearn moves for gen 6. Like leavanny cant relearn Fell Stinger level 34 [gen 6]. It can take 3 months i dont mind.

The evolution of Woobat not code yet, and almost you said will be need to patient and wait for Shane can added it (as only him can do that). Sorry for your inconvenience.
