Item missing + duplicated item

Hi all,

 

When the server went down I ended up losing an item which was then replaced by another item. Unfortunately, the item I lost was leftovers :( Anyway, I'm hoping that a mod/admin would be able to restore my leftovers for me? Also, I'll give details on the bug in a private message to staff, simply so I don't advertise it out here for others to abuse.
