Mew bug and gardevoir bug

1st mew bug. I got all badges, kanto pokes caught, all legendary pokes saw and i cant get old sea map. Why? its a kind of bug? I got almost 500hours gameplay idk whats wrong.

 

2nd Gardevoir egg moves. He should learn moonblast as eggmove or by leveling up at caertain level. Did u missed that? Or its's "not done yet" ?

Idk for sure u checked the requirments in Catch Mew guide?

Its cause moonblast is 6th gen and gardes movesets arent updated to 6th gen. Its just updated until poke #260. But the others get their update too.

Make sure you have at least 71 evolutions in your pokedex

 

And for gardevoir, moonblast is not in its moveset yet
