Seems a bit silly not to be able to use a bike mount on a bike road.. Unfortunately, mounts from the Coin Shop are non-refundable - you were asked to confirm your choice after you selected the mount. However, the good news is that mounts and other Coin Shop items are still tradable for in-game currency. What you can try doing instead is to sell your mount via Trade Chat or our Trade subforums, then use the money from that to purchase another Coin Shop item of your choice via Trade Chat. Best of luck!
