I just bought a Bike mount from the in game shop not knowing i could not use in on bike roads..

Seems a bit silly not to be able to use a bike mount on a bike road..

Anyway, is there anyway i can get a refund on my poké coins?

Hi there. Unfortunately, mounts from the Coin Shop are non-refundable - you were asked to confirm your choice after you selected the mount.

 

However, the good news is that mounts and other Coin Shop items are still tradable for in-game currency. What you can try doing instead is to sell your mount via Trade Chat or our Trade subforums, then use the money from that to purchase another Coin Shop item of your choice via Trade Chat.

Edit: Shane has now made Cycling Road accessible using the bike mounts, so you may want to hang onto your bike mount for future usage. :)

I agree that is silly, and how we cannot use other mounts on it aswell. But 'o well.

You can now use those bikes on the bike road.
