i have 240 pokemons caught, 40 evolved, purchased dragon membership (200k) , and all the prizes including dragon medallion.. ive talked to the guard in cerulean cave.. then i go back to dragons den, and i cant still fight it.. is this a bug? i think i met all the requirements.. please help

Can you screenshot the dialogue displayed when you try to interact with the NPC preventing you to fight the dragonite?

Now i cant log on to my account, why did i get banned for sir? Its my first time to play in an android Tablet, the brand is XIAOMI and i use GLOBE TELECOM as my ISP here in my country in Philippines... what happened? Why did i get banned? Im almost 1 month and a member of this game sire.. please check my account.. thanks PRO team

You might have been fasly banned for "speed hacking" cause of playing on android, if so i dont think its permanent
