What's the benefit of having membership?

I know there are membership only areas, membership only pokes, more exp etc.

But is there a complete list of membership only pokes(like hippo, axew, goth, ferroseed, etc.)?

Is headbutt pokes effected by membership(ex: starly doesn't fall from headbutt trees, etc)?

Is excav site spawn effected by membership(i'm pretty sure it does, but how exactly, which pokes won't spawn without membership)?

 

Would love a more direct and comprehensive list of things that membership users benefit from.

The benefit of Membership -Windypuff

 

You can find all MS only Pokémon listed in your Pokédex. They are highlighted in pink. There are spawn guides however most are outdated now.

MS doesn't effect headbutt.

You need MS to dig the shiny rocks from the excavation sites.
