When i want to reset my password with my other account, everything works normally until i log in. The message say wrong password whereas i have changed it like 10sec earlier. I really hope the support can help me. If you need more information tell me and i'll give them. If so, try resetting it again and choosing a password that doesn't use any of those things. Copy your login information to a secure text file, then paste it into the login screen to test if that helps.
