Hello, i hope someone can help me. First, sorry for my english, i'm french baguette.

When i want to reset my password with my other account, everything works normally until i log in. The message say wrong password whereas i have changed it like 10sec earlier. I really hope the support can help me.

If you need more information tell me and i'll give them.

Hi there. By chance, did you use any symbols or capitals in your new password? If so, try resetting it again and choosing a password that doesn't use any of those things. Copy your login information to a secure text file, then paste it into the login screen to test if that helps.
