I have a problem,

I would like to go in safari Hoenn area3 but I can't even if i have my mount latios.

So i buy a blue bike, like in the original game but it doesn't work...

 

So it is normal? And can I recover my 50c that I pay for the bike?

Next time ask first before u buy smth for coins cause of your own assumption.

U dont need a bike to enter Area 3. Every area is reachable in PRO without a bike beside the special bike routes in Hoenn/Kanto which are just a shorter way between cities.
