hi, is there as "easy" of obtaining these items? im fine with the berries but everything else i just cant seem to get my hand on, is there a guide for this? i haven't seen one, if someone could link this i would be very grateful!

What you mean daycare item? Macho Brace?

If yes, it obtain one times from trade NPC (in front of Pokemon Centre) and potential got from dig.
