So I fully love this game I support it and payed money towards it yet I haven't received any notification of my membership let alone any actual benefit that it said as to me doing it dunno how to contact you guys since I followed the support and it shows no info to contact you guys at so this is where I have to post about it any ideas to help I can also provide proof of payment to you guys.

There is a special section of the forum named "Donation Issues".

 

Before you post there, though. Did you log out, then back in? Sometimes it takes up to 24 hours for membership to activate. :/

well now I'm just having issues trying to figure out how to get the client updated I tried logging in said pro version out of date find update on website but cant seem to find it so imn redownloading it

Yup, there has been something wrong with the client recently, many problems have been reported today. The devs should be working on it soon.
