258727 hi where can i find the tm bounce the guy in rage lake doesnt exist anymore

There have 2 guys (2 house) in rage lake. You will need to back the route 43 and go left, find the way have cut and then go up. You will find the house have guy teach Bounce move. Move tutor not tm by the way.
